Our Sources

We’re passionate about fruit, and that’s why we make sure only the best tasting fruit available goes into our drinks.

By selecting the juiciest and tastiest fruits we don’t need to add any unnecessary additives or nasties!

We source our fruit from Fairtrade farmers around the world, and we make the largest range of Fairtrade drinks in the UK.

Fairtrade

Always Traded Fairly

Here at Natural Beverages we are incredibly proud to say that all our delicious drinks are made using Fairtrade ingredients; always have been, always will be.

By using Fairtrade ingredients wherever possible, we are ensuring that farmers in the developing world are receiving a fair price for their fruit. Fairtrade means decent working conditions, local sustainability and community developments; including schools, roads and medical resources.

Who are the Fairtrade Foundation?

The Fairtrade Foundation are a non-profit organisation that manages all things Fairtrade in the UK. They work alongside farmers, businesses and consumers to ensure Fairtrade standards are met and that farmers are receiving a fair deal.

A minimum price is paid to Fairtrade producers covering their costs of production. Producers in Fairtrade co-operatives always get a democratic say in decisions – women included. The producers receive an additional Fairtrade premium, an extra amount of money to invest in their businesses and communities.

Why Choose Fairtrade?

There are now over 4,500 Fairtrade products available in the UK. By choosing goods with the Fairtrade mark you are making a direct impact to farmers and communities in developing countries. Supporting through trade rather than aid enables farmers and workers to maintain their livelihoods, reach their potential and work their way out of poverty.
